Kualifikasi :

  1. Minimal S1 Psikologi atau Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia
  2. Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman handle full recruitment process Min. 2-3 Tahun
  3. Memahami alur proses recruitment (mulai dari job posting, pencarian kandidat, sortir CV, pelaksanaan tes dan interview)
  4. Memahami alat instrument psikotest dan penggunaannya
  5. Kreatif dan dapat bekerja dalam deadline
  6. Memiliki Kemampuan untuk berkomunikasi yang baik dan benar
  7. Penempatan: Kota Pekanbaru
