Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Waiter/Waitress at our location in Jakarta, Indonesia. The primary responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. The Waiter/Waitress will work closely with the kitchen team and contribute to creating a positive dining experience for all customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests
  • Experience or knowledge in Food & Beverage and Food Service, with an understanding of menus, hospitality standards, and service protocols
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
  • Basic understanding of Cooking practices or food preparation is beneficial
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail and a dedicated approach to cleanliness and presentation
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
