Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk associate located in Palembang. The Front Desk associate will handle day-to-day tasks, including greeting and assisting visitors at the workshop area, performing receptionist duties, and providing outstanding customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing schedules, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth front office operations.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Receptionist Duties
• Proficiency in Customer Service and effective Communication skills
• Basic to advanced Computer Literacy to handle administrative tools and systems
• Ability to multitask, organize, and manage time effectively
• Friendly demeanor and professional attitude when interacting with customers
• Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous
