Legal Staff

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive legal and land due diligence to support lease agreements for the installation of EV charging stations, ensuring all land and building documentation is valid, complete, and compliant.Review, draft, and localize business cooperation contracts received from HQ (Vietnam) to ensure full compliance with Indonesian regulations.Manage and coordinate licensing and permitting processes with ESDM and other relevant government institutions to ensure operational readiness.Coordinate and liaise directly with external counsels and relevant stakeholders.Assist in the preparation of standard legal templates, contract guidelines, and compliance documents to support scalable legal operations.Support dispute resolution, where applicable, by providing legal insights and coordinating with external litigation counsel.

Requirements:A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law a reputable university in Indonesia 2–5 years experience as Legal staffStrong experience in corporate legal work, especially contracts and land due diligence.Familiarity with regulatory requirements for infrastructure or energy-related projects, particularly ESDM licensing.Demonstrated experience in using the OSS (Online Single Submission) system, preparing PKKPR (Approval for Spatial Utilization Suitability).Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.Good interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative attitude in dealing with cross-functional teams, especially Business Development and Operations.
