Minor Food is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer in Indonesia who is eager to contribute to the growth of our business and aspiring to join a leading global F&B player

About the Role

This role is responsible for creating visually engaging materials that support branding, marketing, and promotional activities. This includes designing digital and print assets such as menus, packaging, social media content, in-store visuals, and campaign materials. The role ensures brand consistency across all touchpoints, collaborates with marketing and operations teams, and delivers creative solutions that enhance customer experience and drive product visibility.

Responsibilities
:

  • Conceptualize, design, and create a variety of graphic materials, including:
  • Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.)
  • Digital assets (websites, social media graphics, email templates, etc.)
  • Branding materials (logos, stationery, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs meet brand guidelines.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and design best practices.
  • Ensure designs are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with the brand's message.
  • Prepare and present design concepts to clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Revise and refine designs based on feedback.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, at least 3-4 years.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
:

  • Experience in branding and identity design.
  • Experience with animation or video editing software.
