About the role

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join our dynamic IT team at PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa. As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that streamline and optimise our business processes. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

  1. Analyse business requirements and design efficient RPA workflows and automation scripts
  2. Develop, deploy and maintain RPA bots using leading platforms like UiPath, Power Automate
  3. Integrate RPA solutions with other enterprise systems and applications
  4. Conduct testing, debugging and performance optimisation of RPA solutions
  5. Provide training and support to end-users on RPA tools and processes
  6. Continuously monitor and optimise RPA solutions to ensure reliable performance
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  2. Proven experience of 3+ years as an RPA Developer or Automation Engineer
  3. Expertise in leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate
  4. Strong programming skills in languages like VB.NET, C#, Python or JavaScript
  5. Hands-on experience in designing, developing and deploying RPA solutions
  6. Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
  7. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
