Deskripsi Pekerjaan

o   Memimpin seluruh kegiatan pekerjaan cut & fill, pematangan lahan, dan earthwork pada proyek.

o   Menyusun rencana kerja mingguan & bulanan, termasuk kebutuhan alat berat, material, serta target progres.

o   Mengendalikan volume pekerjaan, memastikan elevasi sesuai gambar teknis, serta melakukan pengecekan realisasi di lapangan.

o   Melakukan koordinasi dengan Project Manager, Engineering, dan kontraktor.

o   Mengawasi performa dan utilisasi alat berat (excavator, bulldozer, grader, compactor, dump truck).

o   Memastikan kualitas pemadatan, prosedur kerja, dan standar K3 terpenuhi.

o   Menyusun laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.

Kualifikasi

o   Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil / Geologi / Geodesi.

o   Pengalaman 5–8 tahun dalam cut & fill / earthwork / land development.

o   Menguasai perhitungan volume cut & fill dan manajemen alat berat.

o   Menguasai teknik pemadatan & stabilisasi tanah.

o   Mampu membaca gambar engineering & siteplan.

o   Menguasai AutoCAD, Civil 3D, atau software sejenis.

o   Memahami GPS survey & topografi.

o   Leadership kuat dan mampu bekerja dengan target.

o   Bersedia ditempatkan di Bekasi.
