POSITION SUMMARY – F&B and Event Service Expert

Mixologist (Barista) – Rose Gourmand Deli

At Rose Gourmand Deli, our Mixologists (Baristas) do more than prepare beverages they craft moments. Whether it's brewing the perfect coffee, or serving guests with a smile, our goal is to make every interaction memorable. As a Beverage & Guest Experience Specialist, you will showcase creativity, precision, and passion through every drink you serve, ensuring that each guest enjoys a personalized and elevated café experience.

You'll be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, tea, and beverage selections, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and assisting guests with genuine hospitality. You'll also support daily operations, help with product displays, and contribute to the overall ambiance of the deli. From the morning rush to afternoon gatherings, your attention to detail and enthusiasm for service will bring the deli's spirit to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, smoothies.

Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation in every beverage served.

Engage guests warmly, providing product recommendations and personalized service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, coffee machines, tools, and surrounding area.

Refill supplies, monitor inventory levels, and report needs to the supervisor.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.

Support deli operations and assist with light food preparation or service as needed.

Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless and efficient service.

Uphold company policies, standards of appearance, and service culture.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista, mixologist, or in a similar beverage-focused role.

Skills: Strong guest engagement, beverage preparation, and presentation skills.
