Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product performance and material testing
- Proficient in stock fitting, assembly, and cementing processes in the shoe production process
- Handle customer-related technical documents
- Take meeting minutes and support internal technical coordination
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role or Chemical Engineering department at a footwear factory or adhesive factory
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Responsible, eager to learn, and willing to travel to customer factories when required
- Can go to Tangerang for training.
