Account Enterprise

Bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola, mempertahankan, dan mengembangkan hubungan dengan klien perusahaan (enterprise) besar dan strategis. Account Manager Enterprise berperan sebagai penasihat terpercaya (trusted advisor) dan titik kontak utama antara perusahaan kami dan klien-klien paling penting, memastikan retensi pelanggan, kepuasan, dan pertumbuhan pendapatan.

Role Responsibilities :

Manajemen Hubungan Klien Strategis:

  • Membangun dan memelihara hubungan jangka panjang yang kuat dengan para pengambil keputusan utama (C-level, Direktur, Manajer Senior) di dalam akun enterprise yang ditunjuk.
  • Berperan sebagai titik eskalasi utama untuk semua masalah yang berkaitan dengan akun.

Perencanaan Akun dan Strategi:

  • Mengembangkan dan melaksanakan Rencana Akun Strategis (Strategic Account Plan) yang komprehensif, mengidentifikasi peluang pertumbuhan, risiko, dan peta jalan produk/layanan di masa depan.
  • Memahami secara mendalam struktur organisasi, proses bisnis, tantangan, dan tujuan strategis klien.

Pertumbuhan Penjualan dan Pendapatan:

  • Mengidentifikasi peluang
    cross-sell
    dan
    up-sell
    di dalam akun enterprise untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan penetrasi produk/layanan.
  • Menegosiasikan dan memperbarui kontrak/perjanjian layanan untuk memastikan profitabilitas dan nilai bagi kedua belah pihak.
  • Mencapai target kuota penjualan dan pendapatan yang ditetapkan.

Koordinasi Internal:

  • Bekerja sama secara erat dengan tim internal (misalnya, Tim Produk, Dukungan Teknis, Pemasaran, Keuangan) untuk memastikan implementasi solusi yang lancar, kualitas layanan yang tinggi, dan penyelesaian masalah klien secara tepat waktu.

Analisis dan Pelaporan:

  • Melakukan tinjauan bisnis (Quarterly Business Review/QBR) secara rutin dengan klien untuk membahas kinerja, nilai yang diberikan, dan rencana strategis ke depan.
  • Memelihara catatan aktivitas, peluang, dan detail akun yang akurat dalam sistem CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

Kualifikasi :

  • Gelar Sarjana di bidang terkait (Bisnis, Pemasaran, Teknik, atau sejenisnya).
  • Pengalaman minimal
    3-4
    tahun sebagai Account Manager, dengan fokus minimal 3 tahun dalam mengelola
    Enterprise Accounts
    atau B2G/B2B.
  • Pengalaman yang terbukti dalam mencapai dan melampaui kuota penjualan yang menantang.
  • Mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan eksekutif tingkat C.
  • Mampu menegosiasikan kontrak yang kompleks dan bernilai tinggi.
  • Mampu menyusun dan melaksanakan rencana akun jangka panjang yang kompleks.
  • Mandiri dan Berorientasi pada Hasil (Result-Oriented).
  • Kemampuan untuk melakukan perjalanan sesuai kebutuhan untuk bertemu dengan klien.
