EHS Officer

Key Responsibilities :

• Support compliance with all occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring EHS policies, SOPs, and training programs.
  
  Conduct regular risk assessments, workplace inspections, and participate in incident investigations.
• Promote daily awareness and participation in building a strong safety culture across the plant.
• Support waste management, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and support documentation for government and auditor requirements.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U), recognized by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in safety patrols, hazard identification, and compliance monitoring.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in EHS, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Familiar with local safety regulations; knowledge of international standards is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
