Power Distribution Engineer

Mission: 

To maintain the infrastructure and electric equipment for power supply and to participate in their implementation or development according to the strategy of definite maintenance (optimum economic).

Key Expected Achievements:

  • Risk prevention Plan is applied, safety requirements are taken into account (LOTOTO, HV / LV maneuvers, instructions,safety during intervention, compliance of work, compliance of equipment under her / his responsibility)
  • Staff electrical licenses validated
  • Existence and evolution of Maintenance Plans (transformers, protective devices, substation visits, thermographic analyzes, ...)
  • Efficiency of assistance interventions (responses to the demands of operational maintenance on breakdowns and corrective action plan to avoid recurring problems)
  • Projects recommendation for site annual plans (Risks analysis, durability plan, Prioritization, …)
  • Maintenance costs reduction and TRS improvement (Uptime)
  • Monitored power consumption (measurements, network load, power factor, ...)
  • Adaptation of the equipment in case of evolution of the energy requirement (selectivity, size of the cables, protections, ...)
  • Validated PdR lists and provisioned for
  • Improvement of the skills maintainers (Tutoring, coaching,training documents/supports - one point lesson – manoeuver instructions …

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
  • Hands-on experience in electrical work and the ability to handle various electrical equipment.
  • Proven experience in project management and budgeting.
  • Proficient in technical writing and report preparation.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, electrical engineering software (e.g., ETAP), electrical equipment (MV switchgear, LV MCC, digital relay protection), and power transformers (150 kV, 20 kV, 400 V).
  • Possession of Ahli K3 Listrik certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
