Location: Remote / Optional on-site at partner office in Pancoran, Jakarta

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp 12–17 million Rupiah per month

Working Hours: 08:00–17:00 WIB


About the Service

We operate an event & subculture performance platform.

Most features run through WebView, so this role focuses heavily on web frontend and backend development, with mobile development serving as a supporting skill.


Position: Fullstack Developer (Web-Focused)

You will be responsible for feature development, maintenance, debugging, and deployment across the platform.

Internal communication is done via Slack and Discord.


Key Qualifications (Prioritized)
1. Frontend Web (Highest Priority)
  • Proficient in
  • Experience with (App Router)
  • Ability to build UI/UX optimized for WebView environments
  • Experience integrating REST APIs

2. Backend (Very Important)
  • Strong command of Spring Framework
  • Experience working with MySQL
  • Understanding of server architecture & ability to design simple systems

3. Mobile (Minimal Required Experience)

Note: You do NOT need to build a full mobile app.

Experience with the following is sufficient:

  • React Native experience
  • WebView implementation
  • In-App Purchase development (iOS & Android)
  • Push Notification development (iOS & Android)

Additional Qualifications
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Can work independently as a fullstack developer
  • Experience with deployment processes
  • Familiar with collaboration via Slack and Discord

Responsibilities
  • Develop new features for the platform
  • Perform maintenance & bug fixing on web, mobile WebView, and backend
  • Handle application deployment and performance optimization
  • Collaborate daily using Slack and Discord
  • Manage debugging and continuous system improvement
