About the Role :
Manage and organize branch operational activities to achieve maximum work productivity, sales and customer service in order to support increased sales on a national scale.
Responsibility :
- Control operational activities (including sales functions and support functions) and discipline in the branch so that activities can be carried out run effectively and efficiently, including sales activities, support team activities (inventory, billing, shipping, etc.), and ensuring a conducive and positive office environment.
- Develop plans and monitor the progress of achievements as well as corrective actions needed to achieve them predetermined targets and ensure individual and branch productivity is achieved.
- Carry out customer mapping (potential, new customers, share of wallet, product mix, etc.) and market and develop a penetration strategy in accordance with Management's direction in order to increase portfolio and market share.
- Control and ensure optimization of branch operational costs and other costs, so as to achieve branch profitability levels determined by Management.
- Control the service system in the branch and handle customer complaints appropriately and quickly through coordination and collaboration with internal and/or external parties to ensure optimal customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Direct, motivate, review, provide assessment and team development (coaching/counseling/mentoring) according to the results performance evaluation in order to achieve maximum work productivity.
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree of all major.
- Min 3 year(s) of working experience as Sales Manager B2B & B2C.
- Knowledge & Skill : Operational Management, Marketing Knowledge, Product Knowledge, Customer Relations, People Development.
