What you'll be doing

  • Translating diverse business documents, including contracts, reports, presentations and correspondence, from Mandarin to English and vice versa
  • Proofreading and editing translated documents to guarantee accuracy, consistency and clarity
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality translations on time
  • Maintaining meticulous records and documentation of all translation projects
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant industry terminology, best practices and regulatory changes

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional document translation role, preferably within the administration or office support industry
  • Proven track record of delivering accurate, high-quality translations while meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading and editing capabilities
  • Familiarity with translation software and tools
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
