Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee training records, certificates, and HRD databases.
  • Assist in scheduling, preparing, and coordinating training programs.
  • Prepare administrative documents such as attendance lists, evaluation forms, and training reports.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation related to HRD activities BPJS.
  • Coordinate with external training providers and vendors when required.
  • Assist in the preparation of HRD reports for supervisors/managers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality, and data protection standards.
  • Support employee engagement activities organized by HRD.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by HRD Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMU/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in administration or HR support is an advantage.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Honest, discreet, and responsible in handling confidential data.

Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and simple communication).
