Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee training records, certificates, and HRD databases.
- Assist in scheduling, preparing, and coordinating training programs.
- Prepare administrative documents such as attendance lists, evaluation forms, and training reports.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation related to HRD activities BPJS.
- Coordinate with external training providers and vendors when required.
- Assist in the preparation of HRD reports for supervisors/managers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality, and data protection standards.
- Support employee engagement activities organized by HRD.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by HRD Supervisor/Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMU/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in administration or HR support is an advantage.
Required Skills & Experience
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Honest, discreet, and responsible in handling confidential data.
Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and simple communication).
