Sales Asisstant

Job Summary:

The Sales Assistant supports the sales team by providing excellent customer service, maintaining product displays, and assisting customers in finding and purchasing products. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations of the store or sales department and contributes to meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs and preferences.
• Assist customers with product selection, provide detailed information, and upsell related products.
• Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise is presented neatly.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or reorder needs.
• Assist in stock receiving, labeling, and organizing backroom storage.
• Support sales campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
