We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Procurement Supervisor to join our team at PT. SRI PERTIWI SEJATI' in North Cikarang, West Java. As a Procurement Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our purchasing and inventory processes. What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the procurement of materials, goods, and services to support the company's manufacturing and logistics operations
  2. Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimise costs, quality, and delivery times
  3. Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions
  4. Monitoring and analysing inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels and minimise wastage
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address any procurement-related issues or challenges
  6. Providing regular reports and recommendations to management on procurement performance and opportunities for improvement
  7. Supervising and mentoring a team of procurement specialists to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain management role, preferably within the property, manufacturing or logistics industry
  2. Strong negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic supplier relationships
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  4. Proficient in using procurement and inventory management software applications
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments
  6. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
