Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Sleman Regency. The Sales Manager will oversee and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets for the hotel's services. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, managing a sales team, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Additionally, tracking sales trends and creating reports will be part of the daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Negotiation, and Client Management
- Experience in Team Leadership, Planning, and Sales Performance Analysis
- Knowledge in Market Trends Analysis, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Development
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
