We are seeking a highly skilled
FP&A Manager
to join our team and support one of our prominent clients in the technology and infrastructure sector. This role will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and supporting strategic initiatives through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and continuously improve budgeting, forecasting, and financial projection processes.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and business modeling based on operational and strategic requirements.
  • Participate in the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and business plans.
  • Support monthly book closing and ensure financial accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor KPIs and identify the root cause of variances.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports across departments.
  • Oversee cost provisions for monthly closing, ensuring appropriate capex and opex control.
  • Prepare and review monthly management P&L reports and performance analysis.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
  • Collaborate with management and department heads to deliver data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and performance analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across departments
