PERSOL APAC is currently assisting one of our clients in F&B Japanese Company as Marketing Manager with the requirement as follows:

Company: Japanese AYCE Company

Employment Status: Permanent

Working location: South Jakarta

Job Desc:

  • Plan, manage, and monitor marketing budgets for Gyukaku Indonesia.

  • Prepare and maintain marketing budget reports and performance analyses using Microsoft Excel.

  • Coordinate and drive sales growth through both online and offline channels.
  • Liaise with media partners, event organizers, and business partners for promotional activities and sales enhancement.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained in line with sales performance.
  • Evaluate and analyze sales target achievements and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aimed at achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Provide guidance and problem-solving support to address issues affecting performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, clients, banks, and vendors.
  • Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations for subordinates.
  • Support the development of new products or services to enhance company offerings.
  • Execute branding and promotional programs to strengthen market presence.
  • Manage and coordinate both inbound and outbound marketing activities.

Specifications:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Public Relations, or Hospitality Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience as a Sales or Marketing Manager, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Background in Accounting or Finance is an advantage (useful for marketing budget management but not mandatory).
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing strategy, social media management, graphic design, content creation, and ATL/BTL promotional activities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of event management, bank partnerships, event production, and brand awareness activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience working with Japanese restaurant chains or brands is an advantage.
