1.  Lingkup pekerjaan pembangunan gedung Gardu Induk (GI) 150 KV serta Saluran Udara Tegangan Tinggi (SUTT) 150 KV

2.  Memastikan dan bertanggung jawab terhadap pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen K3 (SMK3) di proyek.

3.  Mampu melaksanakan K3 sesuai Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Health Safety & Environment Plan, dan Project Quality Plan

4.  Mampu mengidentifikasi dan mengeliminasi risiko-risiko atau potensi bahaya K3 di proyek.

5.  Melaksanakan kesiagaan tim tanggap darurat dalam menangani kondisi – kondisi darurat yang mungkin terjadi diproyek.

6.  Mampu melakukan sosialisasi kebijakan dan rencana K3 diproyek.

7.   Melakukan investigasi kecelakaan kerja, menyusun laporan, dan mengembangkan tindakan korektif.

8.   Melakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan rencana K3 diproyek.

9.   Melakukan inspeksi rutin di area kerja untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya.

10. Berkoordinasi dengan tim proyek, manajemen, dan pihak eksternal terkait keselamatan kerja.

11.  Membuat dokumentasi dengan tertib dan rapi

Persyaratan:

1.     Pendidikan S1/D4/Politeknik Teknik, diutamakan konsentrasi Health Safety Environment (HSE) / K3L.

2.    IPK ≥ 3.50, berusia ≤ 24 tahun.

3.    Wajib memiliki Sertifikat Kompetensi Ahli K3 Umum dari KEMNAKER RI.

4.    Diutamakan berpengalaman dalam pembangunan proyek konstruksi gedung selama 1 tahun.

5.    Menguasai software Ms. Project, Ms. Office dengan baik.

6.    Pribadi yang inovatif, cerdas, cekatan, kreatif, tegas sehingga mampu menghayati dan mengembangkan pekerjaan dengan baik.

7.     Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, mampu melatih, dan membimbing tim.

8.    Fresh Graduate dipersilahkan melamar.

9.    Domisili pelamar di Jawa Timur atau Jawa Tengah.

10.  Ditempatkan pada proyek di Luar Pulau Jawa.

11.   Semua seleksi diadakan di Surabaya.
