As part of our growth, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team and play a key role in accelerating our success.
As an Account Executive specializing in holographic solutions, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients. You will act as a trusted advisor—understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional service. Your ultimate goal is to maintain high client satisfaction and loyalty while identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key client accounts, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase revenue.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and internal teams to achieve sales targets and support business growth.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions in alignment with client expectations and business goals.
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues or concerns effectively and professionally.
- Prepare and deliver regular account reports, including insights into client needs and upselling opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with Shieldtag teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Executive, Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or a similar relevant role.
- Prior experience in the banking sector is a strong plus.
- Proven track record in managing and growing client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and manage multiple clients effectively.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Experience in B2B (Business-to-Business) environments is required.
- Preferably domiciled in Jabodetabek.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel to client locations as needed is a plus.
- Must successfully complete a 3-month probation period.
