Role Summary

Construction Manager leads the transition from planning to execution by strategically managing resources. This role ensures that manpower and equipment are optimized to meet project targets without compromising high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, layout, and supervise end-to-end project workflows, ensuring all construction activities align with technical specifications and timelines.
  • Forecast and coordinate manpower, heavy equipment, and machinery to ensure cost-effective and timely project execution.
  • Lead site safety initiatives, ensuring construction personnel compliance with established HSE policies and procedures.
  • Maintain rigorous daily progress tracking, documenting manpower usage, accomplishments, and equipment efficiency for PSCC meetings.
  • Resolve constructability issues by providing expert technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • Min. 10 yrs of experience in O&G EPC Projects with same role (Construction Personnel)
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
