Requirements

  1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Logistics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  2. Basic knowledge or strong interest in import–export processes and customs regulations.

  3. Familiarity with import documents such as Purchase Orders, Invoices, Packing Lists, and PIB/PEB is an advantage.

  4. Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus but not required.

  5. Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.

  6. Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

  7. Basic to good English skills (written and spoken).

Job Description

  1. Assist the team in the procurement process for imported goods according to company needs.

  2. Help prepare and follow up on import Purchase Orders (POs).

  3. Support the handling and checking of import–export documents in accordance with customs requirements.

  4. Assist in basic import tax calculations (such as customs duty and VAT) with guidance from the team to support import cost tracking.

  5. Assist in preparing PIB, PEB, and PO forecasts for procurement planning.

  6. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners under supervision.

  7. Help monitor import shipments and support the resolution of basic logistics issues.

  8. Assist with purchasing administration and simple procurement reports.

  9. Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock availability and material needs.
