About the role

As a Machine Learning Engineer (MLOps Focus), you will play a role in developing and deploying machine learning models to power innovative products and solutions. In this position, you will work closely with our diverse team to build and optimise machine learning pipelines, ensuring seamless integration into our technology infrastructure.

The role is based in Bandung, Jawa Barat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust and scalable machine learning architectures, focusing on MLOps practices
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models for various use cases, leveraging your expertise in areas such as model training, testing, and monitoring
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address machine learning challenges, optimising model performance and reliability
  • Automate and streamline the machine learning lifecycle, ensuring efficient and repeatable model deployment
  • Continuously improve the machine learning infrastructure, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and innovation

Qualifications:

  • Substantial experience (2+ years) as a Machine Learning Engineer or a similar role, with a strong focus on MLOps practices
  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
  • Expertise in building and deploying production-ready machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, and model serving
  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, CI/CD, and containerisation
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience in deploying and managing machine learning models in the cloud
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
