Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute TikTok content growth strategies for the luggage brand to drive exposure, quality, and GMV conversion.

- Plan and manage daily and campaign-based content aligned with platform trends and user needs to ensure account and video growth.

- Analyze content performance, track goals, and monitor industry and platform trends.

- Produce localized and original content for the Indonesian TikTok account, including shooting and editing.

- Collaborate with the livestream team to create highlight content and maximize conversion.

Job Requirements

  • College degree or above (may be flexible with strong experience); fluent in spoken English
  • Proficient in short-form video shooting and editing (camera/mobile; PR/CapCut); basic team management experience
  • At least 1 year of TikTok/Instagram short-video content creation and operations with strong creative and planning skills
  • Solid understanding of TikTok algorithms and traffic distribution; data-driven with strong analysis and optimization skills
