Job Summary
The Account Receivable is responsible for managing and maintaining all accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely collection of payments, accurate record-keeping, and efficient cash flow management for PT. Asianagro Agungjaya.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Generate and send invoices to clients accurately and promptly.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding overdue payments and payment arrangements.
  • Process and apply incoming payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and credit card payments.
  • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, including aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and collection summaries.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and payment histories.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for financial transactions and record-keeping.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly those related to accounts receivable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal) is highly preferred.
