Bogor, West Java | Hospitality & F&B Industry | Full-time

At Bumi Aki Group, we believe that great hospitality starts with great people.

We're looking for a Training & Development Specialist who is passionate about people growth, learning culture, and building future hospitality leaders. This role plays a key part in shaping employee capability, service excellence, and long-term career development across our F&B operations.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

* Analyze training & development needs based on competency and performance data

* Design and deliver impactful learning programs (technical & soft skills)

* Develop career paths and succession planning for multiple job levels

* Build leadership and talent development initiatives

* Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning strategies

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Training & Development / Organizational Development

* Hospitality, Hotel, or F&B background is highly preferred

* Strong understanding of TNA, LMS, e-learning, and training evaluation tools

* Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills

* Creative, proactive, and driven to build a strong learning culture
