Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring Kontrak Maintenance : Memastikan seluruh kontrak maintenance AC VRF, melakukan review rutin terhadap performa dan progres pekerjaan dan menyusun laporan bulanan status kontrak maintenance.
  • Laporan Teknis : Membuat dan mengarsipkan laporan kerusakan (breakdown report) dari setiap unit AC VRF, menyusun laporan maintenance rutin (preventive & corrective) berdasarkan hasil inspeksi lapangan dan melakukan analisa tren kerusakan untuk rekomendasi tindakan perbaikan jangka panjang.
  • Monitoring Authorized Service Contractor (ASC) : Mengawasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan ASC, mengevaluasi performa ASC dan melakukan koordinasi dan eskalasi ke vendor apabila ditemukan isu teknis yang berulang.
  • Monitoring Jadwal dan Aktivitas Teknisi : mengatur dan memonitor jadwal teknisi lapangan dan memastikan pelaksanaan pekerjaan sesuai prosedur dan waktu yang ditetapkan.
  • Administrasi & Dokumentasi : Memastikan seluruh dokumen terkait pekerjaan (BAST, checklist, laporan performa, kontrak, dll). Menyiapkan data pendukung untuk keperluan audit internal dan eksternal. Membantu penyusunan laporan KPI operasional (downtime, response time, completion rate)
  • Koordinasi dan Komunikasi : Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait kebutuhan spare part dan material maintenance
  • Continuous Improvement : Mengidentifikasi peluang peningkatan efisiensi energi dan penghematan biaya operasional. Berpartisipasi dalam evaluasi teknologi baru (seperti IoT monitoring atau predictive maintenance tools). Menyusun laporan evaluasi performa sistem AC VRF secara berkala.

Qualification
  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, atau Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang HVAC operation/maintenance (khususnya VRF system).
  • Memahami sistem kerja preventive dan corrective maintenance.
  • Terampil menggunakan MS Excel dan aplikasi monitoring/CMMS.
