Role Description

Data Scientist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to help organizations make informed decisions. They combine statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization to extract insights, identify trends, and support strategic business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
  • Prior experience in insurance or financial services is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
