Kami mencari seorang Software Engineer berpengalaman untuk bergabung dalam tim pengembangan aplikasi internal perusahaan. Anda akan berkontribusi pada pengembangan sistem yang scalable, secure, dan berkinerja tinggi dengan menggunakan teknologi Java dan database SQL.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Mengembangkan, memelihara, dan mengoptimalkan aplikasi internal perusahaan.
  • Membangun integrasi antarsistem melalui REST API, Apache Kafka, atau middleware lainnya.
  • Menerapkan prinsip keamanan perangkat lunak untuk mencegah vulnerabilities.
  • Merancang dan melakukan integrasi aplikasi dengan pipeline CI/CD.
  • Menulis kode berkualitas tinggi disertai dokumentasi dan unit testing.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk memastikan kelancaran delivery.
  • Selalu mengikuti perkembangan teknologi terbaru untuk meningkatkan kualitas solusi.

Kualifikasi Utama

  • S1 di bidang Ilmu Komputer / Teknik Informatika / bidang teknis terkait.
  • Minimal 4 tahun pengalaman sebagai Software Developer.
  • Menguasai Java untuk pengembangan aplikasi backend atau enterprise systems.
  • Berpengalaman dengan SQL databases (MySQL atau PostgreSQL).
  • Pemahaman yang baik mengenai software security: autentikasi, otorisasi, enkripsi, mitigasi serangan.
  • Memahami software architecture, design pattern, dan best practices.
  • Kemampuan problem solving dan troubleshooting yang baik.
  • Komunikatif dan mampu bekerja dalam tim lintas fungsi.

Kualifikasi yang Menjadi Nilai Tambah

  • Pengalaman dengan database NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Pengalaman integrasi sistem: REST API, Kafka, message queue, IBM DataQueue.
  • Terbiasa menggunakan CI/CD tools (mis. Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Menguasai JavaScript framework / React / Angular).
  • Familiar dengan Linux environment, scripting (bash), dan troubleshooting.
  • Pengalaman microservices & containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
