Position Summary

Enlight School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Math Teacher to join our teaching team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about helping young learners develop a love for math through engaging lessons, problem-solving activities, and real-world applications.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver daily math lessons aligned with curriculum standards (e.g., Common Core or local standards).
  • Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and curiosity.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and styles.
  • Use hands-on materials, visuals, and digital tools to enhance student understanding.
  • Assess and monitor student progress using formative and summative assessments.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, students, and staff to support academic and social growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to integrate math with other subject areas.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (required).
  • Experience teaching elementary school students.
  • Strong understanding of math pedagogy and child development.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Enthusiasm for creating an engaging, hands-on learning experience.
