Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agent Coordinator, based in
Bekasi
. The Agent Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating real estate agents, executing sales strategies, providing training and support to agents, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Coordinator will also work closely with the sales team to achieve company sales targets and report directly to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Agent Coordinator/Sales Executive in bekasi/cibitung areas.
  • Extensive network and relationships with property agents in
    Bekasi
    (based on placement).
  • Ability to serve and build strong relationships with property agents.
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
