Role Description

This is a contract-based Field Sales Trainer role located on-site in Bekasi. Responsibilities include designing and delivering effective sales training programs, mentoring and coaching sales teams, and facilitating the improvement of sales performance. The role also involves collaborating closely with management and team leaders to align training initiatives with organizational goals and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in designing and delivering Sales Trainings and general Training programs
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Sales, including field and strategic sales approaches
  • Experience in Coaching and mentoring teams for performance improvement
  • Background in specialized areas such as Medical Sales is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bekasi as part of a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
