IT Support & Systems

  1. Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and databases.
  2. Manage and support ERP/MES systems for production, quality and inventory.
  3. Ensure cybersecurity protocols, backups and data protection are implemented.
  4. Support software and hardware requirements for production and office systems.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  1. Work with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve system issues.
  2. Document and standardize IOT (such as Fingerprint, CCTV and others machine), IT process, and trouble shooting guides.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related field.
  2. Having 2-5 years of experience in IT.
  3. Proficiency in networking, Linux Environments.
  4. Familiar with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus)
  5. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work in fast-paced, manufacturing environments.

Technical Qualifications:

Proficient in network configuration (TCP/IP, routing, firewall, Mikrotik) and IT systems administration. Strong konwledge and Skilled in Linux server management, Windows Environment, hardware/software troubleshooting, virtualization, and data backup. Knowledgeable in SQL Server, MySQL, and various web programming languages.
