Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 
    end-to-end recruitment process
     for all levels.
  • Manage 
    Compensation & Benefits
     administration (payroll).
  • Oversee the 
    Performance Appraisal
     process and ensure timely evaluations.
  • Monitor and manage 
    attendance
     and employee database.
  • Administer 
    BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
    .
  • Manage 
    contract staff
     and handle 
    KITAS
     documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with 
    labor laws
     and internal HR policies.
  • Support and implement 
    HR operational improvements
     to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 
    3 years of experience
     as HR Supervisor/HR Coordinator in the 
    F&B industry
    , or 
    5 years
     as HR Generalist.
  • Strong understanding of 
    labor laws
    , 
    disciplinary procedures
    , and familiarity with 
    HRIS systems
    .
  • Experience using 
    HRIS Talenta
     is a plus.
  • Excellent 
    leadership
    , 
    problem-solving
    , and 
    conflict-resolution
     skills.
  • Able to 
    join immediately
    .
  • Priority will be given to candidates 
    domiciled in Bali
    .
