Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surabaya for a Supervisor Finance Accounting. The responsibilities include managing the preparation of financial statements, overseeing financial reporting activities, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role requires effective supervision of finance and accounting operations, monitoring budgets, and supporting decision-making processes through reliable financial insights.

Qualifications

  • Competence in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports
  • Strong skills in Accounting and Financial Reporting processes
  • Sound knowledge in Finance, combined with effective Analytical Skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems independently
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and compliance processes is advantageous
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required
