Job Description:
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems and applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and complementary IT solutions across departments.
Job Requirements :
- Min. D3 Information Systems / Informatics Engineering & Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in networking, firewalls, NAT (Network Address Translation), and VPN (Virtual Private Network).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtual machine concepts.
- Familiarity with CCTV hardware and email system infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Bandung domicile (preferred)
- Placement in Factory, Kabupaten Bandung - West Java
