System Analyst (Odoo Expert)
. Posisi ini membutuhkan kandidat dengan pengalaman minimal
3 tahun
, mampu bekerja dalam berbagai jenis project, dan memiliki pemahaman mendalam terhadap implementasi Odoo ERP.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Melakukan analisis proses bisnis klien dan menerjemahkannya ke dalam requirement fungsional.
  • Menyusun
    BRD
    ,
    FSD
    , flowchart, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya.
  • Mengkonfigurasi modul-modul Odoo sesuai kebutuhan (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, MRP, HR, dll.).
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim
    developer
    untuk memastikan fitur berjalan sesuai spesifikasi.
  • Melakukan
    UAT
    , testing, dan validasi fitur sebelum go-live.
  • Memberikan training kepada user dan mendampingi proses implementasi.
  • Menangani support, troubleshooting, dan permintaan improvement pasca implementasi.
  • Berkontribusi dalam manajemen project dan mampu mengatur prioritas dalam
    multi-project
    environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimal
    3 tahun pengalaman
    sebagai System Analyst / Functional Consultant Odoo.
  • Menguasai modul-modul Odoo inti dan alur bisnis perusahaan.
  • Terbiasa membuat dokumen analisis (BRD/FSD/BPMN) secara rapi dan terstruktur.
  • Memahami alur teknis dasar (API, workflows, akses hak, server actions) sebagai nilai plus.
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan user, developer, dan manajemen.
  • Terbiasa bekerja di berbagai project dengan timeline berbeda.
  • Pengalaman integrasi Odoo dengan sistem lain menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Bersedia bekerja
    onsite/remote
    sesuai kebutuhan project.

Range Salary :

Gaji kompetitif
Rp10–15 juta
sesuai pengalaman.
