HRGA Manager (Mandarin Speaker) bertanggung jawab dalam bidang pekerjaan berikut:

  • Rekrutmen & Seleksi
  • Administrasi SDM & Pengelolaan Fasilitas Kantor
  • Hubungan Industrial & Kesejahteraan Karyawan
  • Kebijakan HR & Pengembangan Karyawan

KUALIFIKASI:

Pendidikan:

  • Minimal S1 di bidang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Psikologi, atau bidang terkait.

Pengalaman:

  • Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di posisi HR, lebih disukai yang memiliki pengalaman di perusahaan multinasional atau yang berhubungan dengan bahasa Mandarin.

Kemampuan Bahasa:

  • Fasih berbahasa Mandarin, baik lisan maupun tulisan (diutamakan yang memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan lancar dalam bahasa Mandarin).
  • Kemampuan berbahasa Indonesia dan/atau Inggris yang baik.

Keterampilan Pribadi:

  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
  • Teliti, terorganisir, dan dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan.
  • Memiliki sikap proaktif dan memiliki keterampilan problem-solving yang baik.

Kepribadian:

  • Dapat bekerja dengan independen serta memiliki integritas yang tinggi.
  • Bersedia untuk belajar dan berkembang di lingkungan yang dinamis.
