Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in related fields such as Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Communication, or Management.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written), English and Indonesian
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related field at manufacturing company
  • Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, especially in footwear and outsole production.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various departments (production, quality, marketing).

Job Descriptions:

  • Translate business documents, contracts, reports, and product manuals from Indonesian/English to Mandarin and vice versa during business meetings, negotiations, or delegation visits from Mandarin-speaking partners/clients.
  • Report marketing performance metrics in English and Mandarin.
  • Coordinate with the Materials/Purchasing Team to source, test, and approve new materials (leather, textiles, soles, accessories) that align with design specifications and budget.
  • Supervise and participate in the creation of the first sample (prototype) through to the approval sample, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and required quality standards.
  • Communicate with clients or external parties (e.g., material vendors) regarding technical specifications, design changes, and sample development timelines.
