Job Description

  1. Responsible for managing and designing digital banking products (Lending solutions), starting from receiving the
    Business Requirement Document (BRD)
    from the business team.
  2. Initiate the preparation of the
    Product Requirement Document (PRD)
    and continue with solution design to ensure
    UI/UX
    meets user needs and usability standards.
  3. Lead the product development cycle—from PRD preparation, solution design, to the final testing phase—prior to official product launch.
  4. Implement customer feedback to improve
    user experience (UX)
    and enhance the competitiveness of digital banking products.
  5. Ensure product development is executed according to the established
    timeline and milestones
    .
  6. Coordinate across divisions and departments to maintain product quality in line with business expectations.
  7. Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to enhance team competence and capability.

Authority

  1. Access internal company data and information to formulate
    product design strategies
    aligned with corporate business objectives and technical development goals.
  2. Together with the business team, make decisions related to
    design, user flow, and features
    of digital banking products (Lending solutions).
  3. Conduct
    testing and experimentation
    (A/B testing, pilot projects) based on test results and performance analysis.
  4. Communicate and hold both regular and ad-hoc meetings with relevant teams to ensure project alignment.

Job Requirements
A. Qualifications

  1. Minimum
    Bachelor's degree (S1)
    in
    Information Technology, Computer Science
    , or a related field.
  2. Minimum
    2–4 years of experience
    in the
    banking or fintech industry
    , particularly in
    lending products
    .

B. Knowledge / Technical Skills

  1. Strong understanding of
    digital banking products
    , from requirement definition, design, to testing phases.
  2. Proficiency in
    project management methodologies
    such as
    Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
    .
  3. Proven ability to lead the
    requirement definition, design, and testing
    processes.
  4. Ability to develop
    product strategies
    , including product roadmaps and effective testing plans.
  5. Solid understanding of
    regulatory frameworks
    governing digital banking, including
    OJK
    ,
    Bank Indonesia (BI)
    , and
    data protection regulations
    .
