Overview

As a District Sales & Promotion Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of executing sales and promotional strategies within your assigned area. This role requires someone who can think strategically yet act hands-on in the field, ensuring targets are achieved, programs run effectively, and strong relationships with business partners are maintained.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and supervise sales activities within the assigned area to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies, including trade marketing programs, events, and branding activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail stores, distributors, agents, and other business partners.
  • Monitor product availability and optimize distribution coverage and visibility in the market.
  • Collect and analyze sales data and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations for area growth.
  • Supervise and guide the Sales and Merchandiser (MDS) teams to ensure all programs are executed according to company standards.
  • Implement the QDVP3 principles (Quality, Display, Visibility, Price, Promotion, Persuasion) in all promotional activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, promotional activities, and market insights for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or other relevant fields (GPA ≥ 3.00 preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or 2 years as an Area Sales Manager in the FMCG (Food & Beverage) industry.
  • Proven experience in leading a sales team, executing promotional programs, and developing distribution networks.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG distribution strategies and sales systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with solid analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities with a strong result-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to be placed in Eastern Indonesia Area (Maluku and Papua) and actively work in the field to ensure target achievement.
