Job Requirement:

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Wireless & Radio, IP Transport, or Network Infrastructure projects, with proven experience leading technical teams or projects.
  3. Strong technical skills and knowledge in IP Networking (routing, switching, subnetting), Wireless/Radio/Microwave (BTS, RAN, RF optimization), and network security (firewall, VPN).
  4. Excellent leadership and project management abilities.
  5. Preferred certifications: CCNA/CCNP (Cisco), Radio/Microwave/RF, Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile), and experience with vendor equipment (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson).
  6. Have a valid driving license (A or C)

Job Description:

  1. Develop project work plans including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
  2. Conduct technical site surveys and coordinate with the design team.
  3. Lead the installation and configuration of IP, wireless, and radio network systems.
  4. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality of deliverables.
  5. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients during project execution.
  6. Identify and mitigate project risks as needed.
  7. Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
  8. Perform network testing and commissioning to ensure compliance with standards.
  9. Compile as-built documentation, configuration records, and handover reports.
  10. Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.
