Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3)
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
  • Adaptable to dynamic and fast-paced environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints quickly and accurately
  • Good understanding of corporate operations and protocols, especially in government-linked organizations or public sector projects
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with high discretion and professionalism
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and ability to quickly grasp and follow workflows with precision
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, with a willingness to learn and utilize project management tools
  • Willing to frequently visit client
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask across multiple projects or workstreams
  • Willing to work with cross-functional teams or external vendors smoothly
  • Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive work plans, documentation, and reports to support project execution
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction
  • Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables to meet agreed objectives
  • Monitor and update project progress using project management tools
  • Ensure all outputs meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations
  • Identify and resolve risks, issues, and crises proactively and efficiently
  • Coordinate meetings, and follow-ups to maintain project momentum
  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, and documentation organization
  • Frequently visit client offices to maintain strong relationships and gather feedback
  • Contribute to project success by anticipating team needs and taking initiative in daily operations
