About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at Blue Dolphin PlaySkool in Jimbaran Bali. This is a full-time position, and you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the school's products and services
  • Generating leads and cultivating relationships with potential parents
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content
  • Analyzing market trends and customer data to identify new potential parents
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of sales and marketing activities
  • Providing guidance and support to the sales team to ensure they are equipped to succeed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the Marketing & Communications and Marketing Communications industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
