Main Responsibilities
1. Report the results of audits, inspections or incidents to supervisors or senior management.
2. Maintain documentation related to QHSE activities, including audit reports, improvement recommendations, and compliance documents.
3. Assist in preparing reports related to quality, health, safety, and the environment.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Industrial Engineering, or related field.

2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in QHSE or related positions, preferably in logistics, warehouse, or transportation industry.

3. Ability to conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.

4. Familiar with preparation and implementation of safety programs and HIRADC

5. Able to prepare QHSE reports, documentation, and training materials

6. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

8. K3 Umum Certification (from Kemnaker RI)

9. Detail-oriented and disciplined in following procedures

10. Implement applicable SOP & IK in accordance with the QHSE Integrated Management System, including identifying and following up on potential hazards at the work location.
