At Berani Digital ID, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SAP FICO Analyst Implementationto bridge the gap between our clients' business needs and the technical solutions within the SAP system. You will play a vital role in ensuring that the implementation and changes in our SAP system align with strategic company objectives, operate efficiently, and adhere to SAP best practices.

Job Description

As an SAP FICO Analyst Implementation, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that the SAP solutions implemented by the vendor meet quality standards and user requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis & Business Requirements:

  • Conduct gap assessments and identify potential business process improvements, providing effective optimization/solution recommendations for the SAP system.
  • Gather and validate Business Requirements from users.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements from the user's perspective for the vendor.
  • Perform Gap Analysis between current (as-is) business processes and the SAP system (to-be).

Solution & Vendor Management:

  • Review the solution design provided by the vendor to ensure alignment with business needs and SAP standards.
  • Ensure that Change Requests (CR) are fully prepared and consistent with the project scope.
  • Validate the vendor's estimated mandays, resource plan, and implementation timeline.
  • Review the configuration and documentation produced by the vendor.
  • Ensure that the developed solutions comply with SAP best practices and company standards.

Support & Evaluation:

  • Evaluate implementation results and provide feedback on regression issues.
  • Provide expert support to users regarding the use of the SAP modules (If needed).

Required Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of the FICO module and has worked as an SAP Implementer.
  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven professional experience of at least [Example: 3-5 years] as an SAP Business Analyst or SAP Functional Consultant.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and configuration in one or more SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, or others).
  • Specific experience preference: Practical experience as an SAP Implementer with deeper functional experience in the FICO module.
  • Experience in managing SAP implementation projects, including CR and vendor management.
  • Strong analytical skills for conducting gap analysis and translating business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with users and vendors.
