About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Process Supervisor to join our team at PT Lautan Natural Krimerindo. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes across our manufacturing operations in Mojosari, East Java. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop, implement and maintain quality control procedures and protocols
  2. Monitor and analyze production data to identify and address quality issues
  3. Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished goods
  4. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
  5. Train and manage a team of quality control technicians
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, health and safety regulations
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve quality control systems and processes

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within the manufacturing industry
  2. Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies and best practices
  3. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret quality control data
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage a team
  6. Knowledge of relevant quality, health and safety regulations
  7. Degree in a relevant field such as engineering, manufacturing or quality management
